UDACF is a not-for-profit public benefit corporation, organized for public and charitable purposes, including educational and athletic purposes. UDACF personnel dedicate time and energy to teach, encourage, and assist underserved communities and their constituents. UDACF, together with its strategic partners, offers an integrated approach to life skills and skills instruction.

Carolinas Metro Reds
CMR is a not-for-profit public benefit corporation, organized for public and charitable purposes, including educational and athletic purposes. CMR's mission is substantially similar to that of UDACF. CMR provides structured educational and assistance resources and programs designed to provide community organizations and individuals the tools to improve their position in life.
